Lumoracle

Terms

A plain summary of how Lumoracle works for buyers and providers. It is a draft and will be replaced by reviewed terms before the production launch.

For buyers

  • Data is published by independent providers. Lumoracle measures freshness and reliability; it does not vouch that a value is correct.
  • A feed marked “Signed by Lumoracle from the provider’s API” is a notarized fetch of that API, not an audit of it.
  • Payments are final. Packs are non-refundable and expire 30 days after purchase.
  • If a feed is taken down or abandoned, unspent calls in its packs are lost.
  • Lumoracle’s contracts are unaudited.
  • USDG is issued by a third party that can freeze addresses. That is outside Lumoracle’s control.

For providers

  • You may only list data you have the right to resell. You say so, and name the source, before a feed can be published.
  • A valid takedown request removes a listing at once. See takedown requests.
  • Payments go directly into your vault. Lumoracle cannot move them. The platform fee is taken at withdrawal, at the rate locked when you registered.
  • Uptime and latency on your pages are measured by Lumoracle and cannot be edited.
  • You may pause a feed at any time. You may not archive it while buyers hold unexpired packs.
